We waited a week for a repair that was supposed to take 45 min per VZW. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. hi so i took my switch here a few months ago to fix my broken screen. and they fixed some of it but…read morethey bought the wrong part. that's not why i'm writing this review. my left joy-con rail stopped working when i got it back. now it's asking me to slide both joycons in and my left joycon wont register making my switch useless. either they forgot to plug in the ribbon cable or they broke it. by the other low review i assume they also might of taken some of my parts and didn't put it back. something else i want to add is that they made the screws very tight so no one can open it. hopefully nothing bad happened.
