The "acting" manager was checking people in to be serviced yet, I sat and watched her take 2 walk ins, wait on them and get them out. I walked over to her after observing her assisting another walk in. There was 3 people who had come in and left after 20 minutes of waiting and not being serviced either. obviously they possibly witnessed the same disrespect I had after waiting so long as well. I had gotten there about 5:10p after being there for 30 minutes and seeing the manager jump the list, to service complete walk ins. I sat a little longer just to be sure. Sure enough another curly head male employee with a pink T-mobile skully walked over to another lady whom had come in after me and 3 other people. He asked what she was in for and walked her right over and began waiting on her after spending 30 minutes with the customer before her. Commission matters and the integrity of the brand is NO MORE. We left after waiting 45-50 minutes of being looked over. I wish Brittany was still there. She's a TOTAL people person. Even the shorter manager that's usually there through the week is also a great manager. I do understand people need time off but please HIRE more COMPETENT help, because that weekend crew which we're ALL NEWBIES seemingly, to keep up the great customer service I've always gotten here a great location to recommend to others, which I will no longer be doing that anymore
