We waited a week for a repair that was supposed to take 45 min per VZW. We got to the repair center and tech automatically says he thinks phone got wet but it never had which he couldn't prove. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. (Memory install) Wasted my time going there just to hear it was multi-day job and they had a month long waitlist" What a joke. Sole reason for a second star is because their cellphone repair service is decent. If you've got a computer upgrade or repair, either go in directly or find another place. The gentlemen working there today were not accommodating at all. As soon as I arrived, he stated the Highland Fire Department had just left and they were not allowed to use any equipment due to air quality...which I found to be weird. I am self-employed and use my phone for EVERYTHING, including receiving payments. I could tell he was making up the scenario. When I called him on it, he looked surprised, as if, I was just supposed to take this reasoning as to why he could not do the screen repair as my Ascerion claim via Verizon contracted this company to repair. Drove all the way from chicago to fix my phone since they work with ATT's insurance. Apparently this was the only uBreakiFix with screens in stock and ATT sent them my information. I drove 90 minutes with traffic to get here on my day off and arrived minutes after opening. Dropped my phone off and they said check back in 2 hours. I sat in the PARKING LOT in front of the store for 2 hours for them to tell me THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SCREENS IN STOCK. At no point did they tell me this as I sat in the parking lot in front of the store for hours. They then told me I could PAY even more to have someone drive all the way from Highland Indiana to come to my house and fix it. STAY AWAY, this location is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Editing to add: they have no idea what is in stock day to day as they don't do PHYSICAL INVENTORY they rely on what they "think" they have in stock. They do not take inventory that is being claimed by another person out of stock which means they literally never know how many screens they actually have and how many people they can service in one day. The guys at the store in schererville/highland are absolutely amazing. The screen on my phone was absolutely obliterated and they were able to put a new screen on so I could get my contacts and text messages transferred from what I thought was a totally dead phone to a loaner phone. Jonathan and Tristan both explain things to me very well and I did not feel like I was being talked down to like most places do when there is a 20 something year old talking to me, a 59-year-old who is not very tech savvy when it comes to my phone. I will recommend this shop and those two young men to anyone who will listen. I greatly appreciate the respect that they showed me and how quickly they got my phone fixed. read more

What a terrible and unprofessional establishment. I took my laptop to get fixed ( I needed the case to be replaced ) and the guy at the front desk said, "no problem, it will take around 1 to 2 weeks top!" Well 2 weeks went by , and I didn't get any sort of update at all. No calls , no texts , nothing. So, I decided to call them to get any sort of information I could. They claimed they have not received the replacement part yet; however, they will notify me when it's ready. Okay no problem. 3 weeks go by , and nothing. Now we are on the 4th week, so I decide to call them again because I kind of need my laptop back. Whoever I spoke with on the phone claimed that they were working on it , and it would be ready by tomorrow. Stating once again "when it's done, we will call you to come pick it up." AGAIN... Never received any call , I even gave them a few days extra to make the call... AND NOTHING! So, I called back again to find out what happened, because it was supposed to be fixed already. Now whoever I am talking to on the phone is telling me they never actually received the replacement part and they won't be able to fix it anymore. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? So basically, I picked up my laptop after about 4 weeks, with nothing fixed on it. For all I know they could have been going through every file on my computer because they take down your password and all the information needed to log onto the pc. On top of all of that they never even apologized. No sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. DO NOT GO HERE! The absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They just don't care about you. I will never come back to this establishment again, and I HIGHLY recommend you stay away as well. I simply was referred to go here from the Verizon store in Schererville to get a battery replacement because I noticed that my battery full capacity was very low. I got to Asurion at around 12:30pm handed him my phone to let him know I need a battery replacement and that I have the insurance. He asked for my passcode for the screen and that he would turn off find my iphone. Did not ask to backup from my icloud and that it would take 2 hours. I returned at 4pm and they were still not done with this told me another hour. I came back at 5pm and they said they switched out the battery but the phone was not powering up and the touchpad wasnt working. I waited another hour at 6pm they handed me back my iphone and it was extremely hot and wold not even tun on anymore. I went there to swap out a battery on a working iphone and I was given a iphone that they broke when trying to switch out the battery. Now I have no phone and they told me to call Asurion customer service, when I called them its all automated cant even speak to a human. I was extremely pissed I called Verizon and told them what Asurion had done to me and Verizon has to overnight me a new phone. This happened on thursday 9/29/22 and will not get my new phone until 10/1/22 saturday. This store took my working iphone 11 that needed a battery swap and gave me back a non working iphone and simply said sorry call customer service. Please go through Verizon and not this place you will regret going here. read more

Repaired iPad gen 6. LCD was bad the screen had a lot of colored lines no picture. I needed the item for my grandson for school ( classes closed due to Covid) was repaired sooner than estimate given. Cost was very reasonable. Was very close to repair kit found on Amazon and I didn't have to worry about damaging my iPad. read more

I took my iphone 6 plus in for a display replacement and when they were done with it, the sim card no longer worked and both cameras didn't work. The staff was very rude the whole time I was there and continuous laughter could be heard in the back. These guys don't give a crap about the company. They're just there to have a good time. And then for all my trouble, they offer me a $20 discount for the repair when they broke my sim card functionality and both cameras on the phone. What a crock of sh!t! read more

DO NOT REPAIR YOUR PHONE SCREEN HERE! I brought my iphoneX here to have the screen replaced because it was cracked. They replaced the screen for $200. When they gave me the phone back after the replacement, the proximity sensor was not working and the screens sensitivity was off. I brought it back that same day and he said to just give it some time because it has a year warranty and they can replace it if needed. I gave it a month or so but the proximity sensor issue became too much because it would mute or hang up when putting the phone to my face so I called uBreakiFix and the guy on the phone said they run into this issue every once in awhile with their screens and they also have the OEM screens. He said to bring in my phone and they will replace it with the OEM at no extra charge and it will take about an hour. I brought it in a few days later and they said they would check it out and then replace it. I came back a few hours later and they said there was lint on the sensor and he cleaned it and it should be good. They said if its not, bring it back and they will replace it with a OEM. I gave it a month and the issue still stuck around. I brought it back in today and they said I need to pay an extra $150 to replace the screen even though I was told twice that it was no charge. How does a company charge you $200 to put a defective screen on your phone and then make you pay an extra $150 to replace that screen? My screen was at least usable when it was cracked. Now, I can't put the phone in my pocket because the sensor doesnt work and I get locked out and I can't talk on the phone without having to put it on speaker or bluetooth.....thanks uBreakiFix! read more
