His team arrived promptly on time and worked with 'extreme' efficiency power washing the patios and pool deck, cleaning the windows inside and out, and deep cleaning every nook and cranny of the house. ABC cleaners arrived on time, presented a quote which I accepted and completed the house cleaning. At the end Juan demanded additional $300 because he felt he and his team deserved it. Juan agreed to come back and clean every other week for the amount originally quoted if I'd pay him the additional money. Juan was a no show and no longer reachable after multiple attempts.
