Robert responded quickly and was able to schedule us for Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. He arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly and professional, and immediately got to work. What truly impressed me was his attention to detail. He wasn't simply cleaning the couch--he was carefully treating, cleaning, and drying sections as he worked. By drying one area while cleaning another, he dramatically reduced the drying time.
