Their communication throughout the project was great and they worked hard to get it done on time. They had great attention to detail and we really felt we could trust that they were doing quality work that would last, not just rushing through the job. We compared quotes with other companies before hiring them, and their price was very competitive. I will definitely use Ravenwood Builders for future jobs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He told me he under bid his paint job so he was definitely trying to recoup some of his costs. After we got passed that he was trying to increase the bid on his paint job to $5500, and then wanted more money towards the job before he even started. I put a lot of trust in this young adult and he was unprofessional and talked poorly the entire time that I challenged him on his timing and costs. I urge anyone not to ever use him!

I brought this to his attention it was not what I had wanted nor was it to blue print specs for it to pass inspection. While he was nearing complaining my new house I hired a attorney and filed papers against him about the poor experience I am having to get my house completed for final inspection so my family can live in it .when final payment was due I handed him a check with his name on it and void written all over it along with my papers for a lawsuit against his company . When I handed him his final payment the F word was used so much I could not begin to count all of the F bomb direct towards me. He and his employees cuss and swear all day long with no care in the world. Please stay away....

Multiple emails unanswered, when I all guy one says guy two mailed it, and guy 2 says guy 1 mailed it. They made 4k off me and 10k off the referrer, you'd think they'd just pay up on the deal they offered. They also disabled my light for my garage when they sided, but without an extra tall ladder, I can't get it turned back on. If it wasn't for these two issues they would be a 5 star. But a businesses word matters to me, and being ran all over for $250 is a joke. Jason seems like his only interested in closing the sale. It's a real bummer to see good local businesses get cut down by false promises. EDIT: Jason contacted me, asked me to pull the review and said he would send out the referral like he said he would. That was 2 weeks ago. ANd they are back to ignoring contact. It seems that his attempt at resolution was just to get me to pull my review. Apparent there was no real follow through and this was just an attempt to get me to remove my review. What a damn shame, because they do good work, they just don't stick to their word.
