Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address. My car was checked out the morning of my appointment, I was called with diagnosis, approved and my car was ready in 2 hours at a fair cost. The issue could have been a lot bigger, but these guys never do unnecessary repairs. I found Mater's Towing through Yelp's Project section and was pleasantly surprised!…read more I put out a project for my truck to get towed to a repair shop. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!
