As of 4:00pm, I had to have State Farm re-assign the job because the tow truck had still not arrived and I had heard nothing from the towing company themselves. I tried dialing the company directly before I reached out to roadside assistance. The number I used was the number provided by roadside assistance, which matches the number on this page. Nobody picked up my call, and I got a message that the voice mail box was full and unable to accept any new messages. The roadside assistance agent said that she, too, had been sent to voicemail (in fact, she had tried four times) and she also was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. The complete communication breakdown makes me very reluctant to ever deal with this company again.

Land Pirates! Why do you think most of these ingrates hide behind bullet-proof glass? Well, after some pretty thorough (had the fortune of time on my side) to do tow research for my car, I happily found the savior in Jeff, owner of All Haul Towing. Unlike ALL other tow companies, Jeff took my details (car location pickup, dropoff, etc.) and quoted a flat-rate. Period. No mis-leading 'trip charge' plus the inevitable window of the actual fee "It can run from X to Y".....of course, the dispatcher/sales gypsies try to re-assure you that it'll be the lower amount (still hefty when combined with trip-charge), until they show up and of course, whammo...full rack rate suckers! Been waiting 2 hours past scheduled pickup time? Sorry, that's another cheesy tactic we use to ensure we snare you in our unethical (but oddly legal) web of deceit. Not Jeff!! He arrived promptly and worked efficiently (have now used him twice in less than a week), all at a flat rate. No mealy-mouth mumbo jumbo. Just honest work, honest pay. 'Merica! So glad to know that people like Jeff still exist in an industry controlled by former side-show carnies.
