I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out.
