A very upsetting experience with two rings of so many years suddenly chipped diamond and lost diamonds!!! Joe, the owner, greeted us with open arms. He was super helpful and very personable. He was patient with us and showed us literally all the wedding bands he had In the store. He was so nice and wonderful - he left such a great mark on us. And then we met his jeweler. Wow, felt like a family there! This was the 1st time we have ever experienced such fantastic customer service - it was unbelievable! They even do everything in the shop! They were able to resize my engagement ring, shine it, and they also shined and resized the bands that we picked. And since Joe is the owner and does his own work, he was able to give us great deals on our wedding bands! We will certainly recommend Joe's store. We can not wait to go back either! When I took it in, the salesman proceeded to tell me that a few of the diamonds were loose and the main prong was bad - he also said that the diamonds in my wedding band were mismatched and one was the wrong size. I told him-- you guys sold me this jewelry so that's on you! He then consulted with the jeweler who said $425 for the repair and I would have to leave it for a few days. I went to a local jeweler who replaced the diamond, fixed the prongs and tightened everything for $125 while I waited. They have lost my business and seriously feel they are a rip off!

She shared her personal preferences with me, but did not push me towards more expensive bands. Actually she was honest and told me when some bands did not suit me or "ate my hand alive". When my fiance returned at at a later date to purchase the ring he did get the credit card, which only benefited him and helped him save a few hundred dollars. Later when he went to pick up the ring, he noticed that the center diamond (princess cut) was slightly off center. Being upset of course, he brought the diamond back, but they were happy to reset the diamond. Everyone is human after all and mistakes happen, but their acknowledgement of the error and professionalism in resolving the matter was well appreciated. Also, my fiance took advantage of their lifetime warranty, which is one less thing we have to worry about. I can get the ring cleaned whenever I need to and it takes less than five minutes at any Jared's location and they guarantee the setting forever. I'm sure the store reps can go into further detail, but this was a big plus over smaller store where we are not able to get that kind of coverage. We are now looking at wedding bands and Gary (or was it Greg) helped us. Again, he shared his personal preferences with us, but did not push us towards any particular bands. He was more than happy to show us bands that he knew would not look great, but we wanted to see anyway. And we appreciated the attention and patience.
