I came here a few times. For my wedding dress and wedding jewelry in 2019. That was a nice experience. My dress was beautiful and alterations came out great. However my recent experience with jewelry repair was not pleasant. Manuel fixed, checked and cleaned my engagement ring and he did a good job with it. I am happy with the end result. However, the woman who works with him really put a bad vibe to the whole experience &I doubt I will go back. From the moment I came in until I left, She seemed annoyed with every question I had. Then when it came time to read back my Gia number she basically scolded me and asked me why, and why didn't I ask before and made me feel awful. In the end it was done but the customer service aspect of it was unpleasant. I also wondered around looking for some jewelry, I'm currently looking for a new watch. No one once asked me if I needed help or what I was looking for. read more

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry here and I am pleased with them. However, they have mislead me several times when they told me that they would complimentary rhodium plate my white gold rings annually. They do not do this and the product they use for it is subpar. It does not last and chips off. Diamond Castle made excuses for why it chipped and refused not fix my rings. read more

I have been here on a few occastions to look at jewelry and dresses. The store is Beautiful but unfortunately the staff are not helpful and are unwilling to take that extra step. They do the bear minimum and nothing more. Do not expect quality service unless you are spending ungodly amounts of money. read more

I'm so disappointed with how I was lied to ... I went in to sell a $4,000 ring and was told it was fake. I went somewhere else and I was told its 10000% real. Not sure who the lady was but I am so mad and pissed off... Never ever going back there again and I hope one day you guys get caught for lying to customers !!!! read more
