He gave us his recommendations and proceed to do the job and he was done and came back 1 week later to check the progress and all is well. I highly recommend them as they arrive when they say, dress professional, courteous to our many questions, and did the job quickly and efficiently. He was also very honest about the pros and cons and think of alternative solutions to our financial needs. I will use them again if I ever find critters invading my home.

He is very thorough. At one house I had squirrels in my attic and while the previous owner had another company block most of the entry points they missed some and Ryan solved the problem and installed a one way door so the squirrels could not get back in once they left. The previous owner used poison and that left a few dead carcasses in the attic. As import as being good is, just as import is being honest. Ryan will only recommend and do what is needed. If there is another trade like a roofer that can fix a problem better than him, he will recommend that - this is being honest and recommending to customers what is best for them. He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. June 22, 2024 I am…read morepleased to recommend Hassan and Sobia's services. Both Hassan and Sobia are very pleasant to talk to and very professional in scheduling appointments and completing work. I initally requested help with a squirrel problem in our atttic. This took about 7 or 8 visits by Hassan to repair/close entry points in our roof, set traps to catch the squirrels, and then several follow-up visits to inspect the attic to make sure squirrels had not returned. During the intial visit and survey of the roof and attic, Hassan pointed out some other issues he noticed: 1) there were several bee nests in the attic ---so I hired Hassan to remove the bee nests. 2) the gutters were full of debris from recent windstorms --- so I hired Hassan to clean the gutters. 3) one of the down pipes attached to the gutter was detached and bent --- so Hassan fixed that. 4) one of the soffits was hanging down a bit so Hassan fixed that. I always appreciate it when someone comes to provide a service and at the same time, points out other unrelated issues that could be a problem.
