One of the guys moved me to a more private waiting area, where I was shortly met by my ultrasound tech. She was warm, genuine, and listened to my axieties. She made my experience as painless and comforting as possible. I had to cancel my test because I had no faith or trust in this facility or their staff! I felt confident they would violate HIPAA laws and that they had zero respect for their patients. I filed a complaint with Leslie's supervisor and she said it was just a big misunderstanding and that Leslie was just attempting to get my doctor's office to expedite the request. I said if you told me I was incompetent you would be last in line and certainly not first! She said did you say that?! I said NO! I love my doctor I would never speak badly about him or his staff! She said well I'm sure it was just Leslie trying to help you. The supervisor did nothing!!!!! I reached out to the director and he never returned "any" of my calls! Don't use this facility!!!

I was terminated their services after disputing that they cannot take a copay if my out-of-pocket is met. Lisa, an office manager, argued with me that the copay does not apply to the OOP...which she is wrong. She stated that if the card shows a copay, it is always taken by their facility or services would not be given. I refused to pay it. She terminated my upcoming services with all of their facilities and did not notify me of the termination until 2 days later with certified mail. The termination is due to "inappropriate behavior", yet her stealing money from patients when nothing is due is not "inappropriate behavior"? NO, it is THEFT. When my Insurance Company contacted her to discuss this, she was confrontational with them and refused to listen to them explain how their contract works. I would be very careful of the amount of money they are currently holding "illegally" from patients in breach of their healthcare contracts. This will be fully investigated and I will file whatever is necessary to end this practice. I have chronic medical problems that need surgery and now I have been denied services (aka, possible malpractice). Additionally, they broke the law when one of their providers brought in a medical student to "shadow" a procedure. I was fully exposed on the table and was not asked in advance if I was okay with it. Another provider performed surgery on me and forgot to give me a pain block, causing severe pain for 3-4 days. BEWARE.

I was a patient of Dr. McKane. I was mistreated by her nurse not once but twice. I normally don't…read morelet things bother me. However once the door closes the nurse is rude and hateful. Gives out wrong medical advice. I just received a letter saying I was no longer going to be seen due to non-compliance. I was just there last week to be fit in to see if I had a UTI. I did not. I was not seen by her but another physician that took over an hour. Before that I had seen her for a fear of a clot in my leg because I had had a clot before. She wrote an order to be seen at vascular to check out my leg, I immediately went there: no clot! Thankfully, not once have I not followed her instructions. She is going on maternity leave, it feels like her way of dealing with the idea she may not be back sooner than she thought? Not sure, however putting me down as non medical compliance will not work. There bathroom is nasty, the pen to write the name on your specimen cup is sticking properly from people who pee and use the pen to wright with, the little pen holder hadn't been cleaned since the day it was bought. Someone had shaved in the sink, there was left over hair in and on the top of the sink. The large paper towel roll was sitting on the sink that was gross. I guess it was too much work to put the paper towels in the holder?! The nurse wanted me to bring out my pee cup even though I had just washed my hands?! She had gloves on. How many of their patients walk out with peed on cups, bare unwashed hands and touch things. Yuck. I've reported both the doctor and nurse. I let the hospital aware of how this office handles patients. Clinton deserves better! Do better!

I've been seeing Dr. Malagon for over 16 years now. He also treats my husband and other family…read moremembers. He knows my stressful life and how it affects my health. He stays right on top and has been there for me as a doctor should and beyond. He cares, truly cares and has been a major support figure in my life. I can't imagine him not being my doctor and dread the day he decides to retire. I hope it's not anytime soon, as selfish as that may sound! lol I love his staff! They know me by name and are kind and caring. I big shout out to Nanette, Shanna and Kathy!!!
