Zero stars, contacted this clown yesterday about coming to measure a broken window in my house. Told me he'd be there the next day. Gave me his personal cell number to text the address to him. He was supposed to show up today between 3pm and 4pm, didn't show up at all. Tried to call him multiple times but it goes to voicemail every time. If you don't want to do your job or the agreed upon time won't work for you, let me know instead of blowing me off. Some people work night shift and have to wake up early just to be ignored and blown off. Absolute clown this guy, avoid doing business with him better value and actual responsiveness from other companies. read more

We just had a shower door installed by Aberdeen Glass as part of a complete renovation. The end workmanship of the glass door was fine however, the customer relations and service was consistently poor - and just obnoxious on a good day. Communication was non-existent. Most phone messages were not returned. Delivery and installation was several weeks after promised. We would call for updates, have to leave messages, and could rarely get anyone to call back. On the day of installation (which they did not schedule) they called us four times in the morning and then gave us a hard time saying that they were ready to come over but could not reach us! They just seemed to expect to come over to install at their convenience. On one occasion their Aberdeen Glass pickup truck blew by me (after tailgating and flashing headlights) on our rural two lane road doing 80+ MPH in a 45 zone. I pulled into my driveway several minuets later, shocked to see the exact same vehicle in my driveway and their guy banging repeatedly on our door. He was also appeared surprised to see the car he blew by a few minutes earlier. He said he was there to confirm the price we were given. I said he could have just called or left a voice message. When I asked him about his driving and told him that he needed to slow down and be careful on our road, heavily used by cyclists and horse riders, he told me that he was in a hurry and since he didn't see any bikes or horses so, he didn't need to slow down. I really don't have any issue with the actual workmanship of Aberdeen Glass - it met basic expectations. I could not however, recommend them based on their poor service and unacceptable customer relations. I'm sure that most glass companies can provide the same level of workmanship at a similar price. My recommendation would be to steer a wide path around Aberdeen Glass (especially when driving): life is just too short to put up with their deplorable attitudes and atrocious customer service they exhibited! read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Billy has made promise after promise and can't keep his word. Day 1, he came for measurements on two showers, measured one (the tile wasn't complete and he assured me he could come back the next day to measure the second. Took deposit for 2 showers ($1000) and told me install would be within 10 days. It took him 10 days to even measure the second bathroom. It's been a month now, after many calls, and many "promise you tomorrow" lines, I still don't have glass. He came last week, week 3 to install one shower, after many calls to actually get him to commit to the job, he showed up an hour later than PROMISED yet again, PROMISED to be done in 2 hours, and at 2 hours and 15 min, was half way done and said he broke the second panel. He refuses to just give me my deposit back and hardly ever returns a call. His office staff is worse than he is, but only bc they wait for his call on what to do. STAY AWAY! Worst business ethics, does NOT care about his customers or their inconveniences. And to boot, boasted about all this acreage and massive house he recently bought...thanks for the insult to injury. Do NOT do business here. After paying a deposit, we were told the order would be completed in 10 days. A month later, they don't return calls and have no idea when the glass will be in. One star is too high. Pitiful. read more

Took them over a month after I paid the deposit to come and fix my window. Even though they promised to do the job in a week. They never would call and let me know the status. I'd have to call them. And they would act like they had no idea who I was each time. When they finally showed up they did a horrible job. We were selling our house and the home inspector noted they had done a sub par job on the window. Called to demand they fix it. And they failed to show up for the first two appointments they scheduled! Would not ever use them again! read more
