And when I was ready to buy, calling Chuck Harrison was one of the smartest decisions I ever made--Chuck's a great guy who knows his business and product lines, and is constantly looking to save me money. His agency only sells the good stuff, e.g., Chubb, Safeco, and Progressive, so you know you're not getting stuck with a second rate product. But the real difference is the customer service. Chuck and Angelina (his friendly office manager) have patiently walked me through every proposed policy (as a lawyer, I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions). They're also always looking out for me. As just an example, earlier this year, Chuck found me a homeowners policy at a price I thought was great for the level of coverage, and I agreed to it. Done deal, happy customer, and a nice sale for Harrison Insurance. A couple weeks later, just before our home was scheduled to close, Chuck called and told me that he had done more research, and he was able to save me $300 on an even broader policy. Honestly, who has ever heard of an insurance agent who (1) spends time doing additional research AFTER a sale and then (2) tells a customer about a cheaper option that presumably means LESS money into his own pocket? That right there is an example of honesty and dedication to the customer that you just don't see much these days--I can't imagine a better insurance agency than Harrison.
