The process is very simple--you pull up my account, you take my payment, you give me a confirmation. Why do I have to sit and hear minutes upon minutes of dead air? A brand new car with less than 3800 miles on it and they want the repair company to nickel and dime it so they save money. Honda will not honor my extended warranty if Honda certified parts are not used to repair it. Bluefire couldn't care less! So, I will be filing a diminished value claim against them-would have been cheaper to just use Honda parts!
