We got two flights and several stood out: First, the Cerveza Cómplice, which screamed classic, crushable Mexican adjunct. We fell in love with the light, clean and complex Dapple IPA (probably the top pick for us of the lot) and followed up with a full pint. In our second flight, we melted over the dry, but jammy, Dread Pirate Roberts blackberry sour (again followed with a full pint). The Bog of Allen extra stout on nitro gives Guinness a perfect run for its money with clean cocoa and coffee finish, and the Zero Irish Red gave set a new standard for us against which to compare Irish Reds. It had a strong nose of speculoos and tasted perfectly to boot. Friendly staff, a separate food kitchen in back and clean, chill facilities to accompany.
