This is more than just getting a mantra. You must learn the techniques & once you're practicing regularly you'll understand. Research the science behind it. I waited till 10:10 giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe the teacher was running late and nothing. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail. I find it very disrespectful to cancel a class and don't say anything. The studio is conveniently located near my house and has parking but right now all I can tell you is I woke up early on a Saturday for nothing!
