Something went very wrong with this device being put on her head at the time, and her life with her family and three children has been a living hell. She still has severe anxiety, headaches daily and a very disruptive sleeping pattern. I do not know if Danielle Was her first guinea pig and victim using this device, but truly I would advise anyone to reconsider any device on your head. And as I said, Nelson was well informed and very pleasant. But your mattress was thin, well worn and had the appearance of being less than clean. Perhaps it is simply time to replace. I suspect all your patients would appreciate a more comfortable mattress and it would be conducive to a result that more accurately reflects your service goals and patient needs. I appreciate that you took the time to respond to my review but I stand by my original comments. I thought twice about lying on your mattress. You It was not conducive to adequately supporting a good nights sleep. And given you ARE a, "Sleep", Center I would have thought the mattress, a central piece of equipment would be of the best possible quality ...and immaculate. Also it is intimate.
