Great tasting notes. The food was incredible -- the bagels are so fresh, the English muffins are so light and fluffy and the maple blueberry scone is a must try. 10/10!

First of all, it's on a cute little Main Street that has some historical signs and statues which I love to see. There's parking on the road and we did not have trouble getting a spot despite it being a weekend. They have some offerings in a couple fridges such as pastries and yogurt and there is a sandwich and drink menu. I ordered the ham and jam on a croissant, which is ham and raspberry with Brie I believe. It needed more cheese and less jam I would say. I still enjoyed it though! I had a tough time picking a sandwich because there are so many good options! My pistachio latte was also really good, and they had some good coffee specials. They'll call your order when it's ready and you can bring it to one of the tables they have in the small dining room. It's really cute inside with a stately fireplace, and people were doing work or catching up with friends. You could also sit out on the porch but it was a wintry April... but so bet it's great in the summer!

Another spot officially promoted to dangerously close go-to status…read more No flops. No regrets. Years later and still zero disappointments--no matter what we order, it hits. Plus, the owner is friendly, accommodating, and clearly understands the assignment. Pro tip: go EARLY or don't complain. You want the freshest picks and the full spread? Then show up on time, because this place sells out FAST--for a reason. Miss it? Yeah... that one's on you. Savory cravings? Covered. Pastry mood? Thriving. You truly cannot mess this up. Yes, the location is small--but don't be fooled. It packs a HUGE punch. Indoor seating is almost non existent, but grab your treats and enjoy the outdoor seating, during warmer months, while you ask yourself, "why didn't I visit sooner?" Hosting something fancy or need a holiday flex? Say less. They do that too. Bonus points: if you bring your fur baby by during the summer, you might catch them handing out dog treats--because this place clearly believes in spoiling everyone! And no, I don't have aesthetic, influencer-level photos. Why? Because we're too busy devouring the goods and living in the moment before I even think about grabbing my phone. Priorities.

The pastry chef is a genius. He has mastered the ability to balance flavors and keep everything light. Even the savory items are perfection, I had the spinach & feta and ran back to buy 3 more to go. The food is also excellent, not too overpowering, not too salty, just perfect. There is no seating and the plaza is a dump. The benefit is that the cheaper rent helps keep costs down, everything is reasonable

The variety of pastries was honestly overwhelming and it took us a while to decide. We ended up getting a raspberry cube croissant, small pain au chocolat, large almond croissant and the following trompe l'oeils: blueberry, pear, mango, lemon, strawberry and almond. The raspberry cube croissant was one of the most delicious croissants I've ever had. It was flaky and buttery with a light raspberry mousse filling. We're still working our way through the trompe l'oiels, but they've all been delicious so far. The pain au chocolat and almond croissant were kind of bready, with the pain au chocolat having very little chocolate inside, so I'd probably skip those next time. I would definitely recommend getting whatever cube croissant they have as they are so unique and delicious. I now understand why my family drives an hour to get pastries here!
