Once the forklift arrived, it appeared NOTHING had been checked out - the extinguisher was expired and an error came on the screen when drive was engaged - and either of these make it undriveable in a warehouse environment. Their 'new paint job' was overspray on the obvious surfaces, and nothing everywhere else. There was very little acknowledgement that we were the customer in this transaction - poor all around. Getting anything fixed after delivery was also a crapshoot - it seemed the GM wasn't interested in happy customers, only collecting their payment. HARD PASS

We have been working with Independent for 3 or 4 years and are enjoying the relationship. They show up when needed and get the job done. The owner is good to work with and Rick is a good mechanic and likely their best asset!
