Was told with demo that deliver would take 1-2 hours of my day. Because they had to send a 2n md person to actually do the demo, had to go back again for missing parts, it was 8 hours! My entire day! No apology. I ordered lights in mid July, told a few weeks, it's now mid October with no delivery date yet. I will say the tech who did come out to do the demo, and discovered the missing parts, was a great guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Too bad he is retiring. Hate to drive so far for parts and service, but to avoid this place, will be worth it. Two stars because the tech was helpful.

I Had some questions about the value of my tractor, he took his time, looked it up and gave me some ideas on selling it. I asked if service was open to get some help with my fuel system. He took me in the back and we found Luke, the outside guru jack of all Kubota mechanic. I told him my problem and he took the time to tell me what I needed and walked me through how to fix my problem. Can't say enough good about these guys.
