McPartlin is a good salesman, says whatever it takes to make a sale. After that it all falls apart. Delivery with no promised demo, and missing parts. Was told with demo that deliver would take 1-2 hours of my day. Because they had to send a 2n md person to actually do the demo, had to go back again for missing parts, it was 8 hours! My entire day! No apology. I ordered lights in mid July, told a few weeks, it's now mid October with no delivery date yet. I will say the tech who did come out to do the demo, and discovered the missing parts, was a great guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Too bad he is retiring. Hate to drive so far for parts and service, but to avoid this place, will be worth it. Two stars because the tech was helpful. read more

These guys are the best, this place reminds me of the way service used to be before the fast placed big stores and on line shopping. stopped in this morning with fuel problems with my tractor. first talked to Brett in parts, welcomed me in and very nice and helpful. Figured out what I needed, fuel filter was about a third the price as Napa. Next I talked to Ryan the sales manager. I Had some questions about the value of my tractor, he took his time, looked it up and gave me some ideas on selling it. I asked if service was open to get some help with my fuel system. He took me in the back and we found Luke, the outside guru jack of all Kubota mechanic. I told him my problem and he took the time to tell me what I needed and walked me through how to fix my problem. Can't say enough good about these guys. I bought a Kubota sub compact tractor here with a mower deck, Grass catcher, back hoe and bucket. They were awesome while I was purchasing it, but you cant get them to fix anything while its under warranty. I have had the backhoe worked on three times by them and its still not right. Their service manager said to bring it in and he would get a factory rep to come take a look. When asked when that would be he said he didn't know. He wanted me to just leave the tractor there until he could make it happen. I told him to let me know when he had a rep coming and I would bring it in a day or two before. That was 9 months ago and haven't heard a word from them. Sales staff are good and knowledgeable, but their service department management is the worse. read more

I took my lawnmower here after seeing the $179 winter special service offer. The services included in the offer (level deck, inspect and adjust belts, safety check, etc,) were either not performed or were badly performed. I had to take the mower back three times after the deck was not leveled properly, the belts were damaged by the service, and the battery was not charging properly. They also wanted to charge me to change my blades after charging me to sharpen them in the initial service. Clearly, no final inspection to ensure that services had been properly performed occurred during any of the three attempts to complete the work they promised in the special. Also, no one from the Company called to discuss this matter with me during the process. read more

I had a third valve installed on my John Deere 4720 so I could run a grapple on the loader. Not only did Luke (at Rickreall) do an outstanding job, they did the job for HALF of what the other 3 local competitors would have charged me. This is the second major job I've had done on one of my tractors--to both jobs I give an A+. read more
