I rented a Bobcat track loader with the grapple attachment for a home project. Essentially I walked in with a problem and walked out with a solution. Cooper helped me through the process. Excellent service. Went in to rent a ditch witch, the manager started asking questions about the project (invisible fence for dogs, 2 acres) and pointed me toward a much more economical trencher that had an attachment to lay the wire in the ground. The equipment worked perfectly and was well worth the money. I will definitely be back anytime I need to rent equipment. read more

Do NOT use this establishment for party rentals and be aware of their unwritten delivery policy. Lots of bobcats, back hoes and heavy equipment, but my experience with party rentals was extremely disappointing. When I rented tables and chairs three weeks before my party, I was not advised verbally or in writing of their delivery policy and expected the merchandise to be delivered and picked up on the dates and times shown on my contract. The day before my party, I called to confirm the delivery time and was told that they do not deliver any rental less than $250.00 or the customer must pay $90.00. I was totally unprepared to pick up these items since I do not own a truck. I managed to pick them up with my car and my son's SUV, but the biggest shock was yet to come. The chairs were rusted and had dried mud on the backs. I went through stacks of chairs to find the least offensive ones, but still had to wash 25 chairs when I got home. Robert, the service person, was not at all helpful. He told me that I should have asked about the delivery policy. So unprofessional. read more

Last week I requested a pneumatic hardwood nailer; however, when I got to the job site after the place closed I discovered that I was given a stapler instead of a nailer. Not a problem per se, but I didn't have any staples! When I returned the nailer the next day I was told it was my responsibility to ensure I was given the correct tool. The nailer piston leaked constantly, causing the compressor to run almost continuously: a poorly maintained tool! Then I learned a week later that my $100.00 deposit wasn't returned to my credit card. When I called, I was asked why I didn't give the receiving clerk my credit card for refunding. Well, pardon me for not fully understanding! When I balked at giving my credit card number over the phone, well, let's just say I've been treated in a friendlier manner elsewhere (maybe the guy was just having a bad hair day). Not bad folks; just seemed to have forgotten that their customers are the source of their paychecks!! read more

I called these guys up about 5 weeks ago to see if they had a 36" hammer drill bit available... dude said the biggest they had was a 21", but he'd order a 36" that day. I called back 2 weeks ago to see if it was in, and the dingle berry answering the phones didn't know his rectum from a hole in the ground, no clue what I was talking about, said I'd need to call back the next day. Went in the place today physically to check on the bit, and STILL noone knew jack about it, just gave a blank stare like I'd asked them to explain the meaning of cheese or something.... When I inquired about the 21", I was informed that they didn't have anything bigger than a 16", and all of the bits looked too worn out and dull to drill through soft butter! This place is useless as tits on a boar hog, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're VASTLY better off just purchasing your equipment, using it, and selling it on to someone else... you'll come out ahead in the long run! read more
