He then very quickly got back to us with exact quotes for each of the two possible solutions, and advised of a multi-week back order for the main part. His financial arrangements are very straightforward and represent good value. Peter was in the area, and arranged to come within a couple hours. He was properly masked, had all of his tools, and went straight to work. Within 15 minutes he discovered the problem. The bad news was that the stove could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Peter gave me some recommendations on new stoves to consider, which to avoid, and even which retailers to contact. Close to $1000 in repairs later and 3 months without a working fridge we finally got it fixed however the temperature gauge still reads that our fridge is at -13 degrees. Hmmm... Fast forward to only a few months later & guess what broke again? Yup. Same issue as just mere months ago. We called valley view and they won't even guarantee their work and will charge us again. These boobs run a monkey shop - will never use them again and will ensure no one we know does either.

A month later, my fridge fails and I have to throw out close to $1000 in groceries a second time. Same part has failed, plus another, he says. I asked for my money back on the repairs because it obviously was NOT repaired, and he offered less than 50% back. Neither him or the office will return my communications to discuss further.
