I was assigned to Summer Breeze by Samsung for a warranty repair. He didn't replace all the parts I discussed with Samsung, he charged me almost $600 in labor to replace the compressor (one of two parts required) on my fridge. A month later, my fridge fails and I have to throw out close to $1000 in groceries a second time. Same part has failed, plus another, he says. I asked for my money back on the repairs because it obviously was NOT repaired, and he offered less than 50% back. I would strongly suggest you do NOT purchase a Samsung product if Summer Breeze is the only company they use for their warranty. Summer Breeze came to fix a problem under warranty, as soon as the tech left the noise happened again. I called the office immediately.....long story short they REFUSED to come back and actually fix the problem. Dave was extremely rude and arrogant and would not come back to fix what his company got Paid to fix!! unbelievable, worst worst worst customer service and cheats!! This company has repeatedly demonstrated poor service. It took weeks to get them to come fix my washer that was glitching but still operable. Upon arrival, the technician took apart some pieces and only then realized he had used the last of a particular replacement part at the last house he visited. He then said he would have to find the parts and return another day, and left leaving the washer pulled apart and unusable. Fast forward 4 days (that included me having to call them to find out what was going on) -- it was 3 hours past the scheduled appointment time, and the tech had not arrived. I then received a text message saying they could not find the house...a house they had already been to once. Now I have to chase after them to get them to do their job. And all this while, I'm without a functioning washer thanks to the first tech. Absolutely do not recommend this company at all. You will have more hassles than anything else. read more

The person we made the booking with never disclosed that there was going to be a service fee for inspection and as we understood it estimates were supposed to be free but clearly not. The owner then declared that his secretary would never not disclose a fee when booking and so they sent us a bill anyways. I spoke to the secretary again personally and we came to a verbal agreement that we would not pay because no such fee was disclosed. However the owner just sent us a bill anyways. read more

This company is on the ball. When I called in the admin staff was very pleasant and booked me in for my fridge cooling concern. They called back an hour later after a change in their schedule and they managed to squeeze me in on the same day. I really lucked out with David. He was proactive, clean, professional, and amazingly friendly. My parents were in town babysitting at the time of the first visit and David recommended stores and brands of appliances for them in their home town! David was out to my home twice and in between visits was extremely helpful & responsive to my emails. Unfortunately my fridge turned out not to be repairable but I still feel 100% taken care of by this service company. David even refunded the cost of a repair attempt that was necessary troubleshooting, advised me in my options and emailed the manufacturer to help me in a claim! Would recommend this company to everyone. read more

At first, Summer Breeze Appliance got back to me right away and arranged for a technician to come out the next day. However, when the technician arrived, he could not get my dishwasher out from the cabinets. In my opinion, he barely tried, then gave up and left...almost without saying a word to me. Once the technician left, I easily pulled the dishwasher out on my own. Five minutes after the technician left, I sent a text and photo, to the person who booked the technician, with my complaint. I never heard back. The next day, I sent an email...still no response. Almost a month after this failed attempt to repair my dishwasher, I am getting threats from the the technician that he is going to sue me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They would get a 0 start if it was an option. Terrible service, terrible communication, charged us $350 and left us with a broken dryer. Not only that he got caught in a lie with what 'options' he gave my wife. This is the good old take advantage of women. I had a service call set up with them that was canceled due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The lady named Erica mentioned to call back and she will reschedule it. I called back a few days later to get a service call setup and she said that she has canceled the appointment and I have to call Samsung again. I called Samsung and they told me that the service ticket is still valid and they can serve me and they were surprised that it has not been serviced yet. I called Erica and told her that I was waiting for the call for the service that was due and she started making excuses that service call is canceled and I have to talk to Samsung and then one of my service technicians is not available I am short staffed blah blah. I mentioned that I have been waiting for more than one month to get a service done and if she can book me that would be appreciated. She shows very little interest and then becomes very rude and said that she cannot help me and I should contact some other service center and hanged up the phone on me. What a customer service????? I tried to contact Samsung again and they reassigned the ticket number and sent them a message with a new service request I called them multiple time for the 3-4 days and left few voice messages no response or had any call back finally I called Samsung again they assigned me to a different service provider. It was very unprofessional customer service and a waste of my effort for the last month going through them. I would stay away from them. read more

Not professional at all, he was suppose to come to our home with a spare part to fix a cooktop. He opened the entire cooktop, and informed me later he doesn't have a replacement yet, which will take another 4- 5 days. After this, he left us with open Cooktop, we as a family are out of cooktop in this COVID situation for last 10 days. The two stars are for the gentleman named Mike who attempted to fix our range. The next day we turned it on and it takes over an hour to pre heat past 400 degrees. It takes 30 min to preheat to 325. We called Summer Breeze 3 weeks ago and multiple times after, leaving messages. No one will call us back. Too bad we have to resort to writing bad reviews to hopefully get some help! I would not use them in the future due to the ignoring of the client. read more

Our washing machine broke and was under warranty. We were provided Summer Breeze as one of two companies that were licensed to repair our washer. The first time David came out, there wasn't a problem and he fixed our washer. However the washer stopped working a week later so we called David to come back. On the day of the appointment, he called me to ask if it was ok to come. I told him it was, that I wasn't at home but my boyfriend was. He then decided that he needed to talk to my boyfriend too so he texted him to ask the same thing. Because my boyfriend was on the driveway using a saw, he didn't hear his phone and checked it an hour later. He was outside on the driveway the whole time and David didn't show up because he never got a response from a text, even though he had spoken to me and I told him that someone was at home. We then try and get a hold of him and summer breeze for the next two hours. David doesn't respond to text messages or phone calls. Summer breeze eventually answers and tells us that he moved onto another appointment because he couldn't get ahold of us. I told him that I talked to him and said someone was at home. They stated they would get a hold of us and call us back. We never got a call back and now are at their mercy. Very unprofessional of David. I do not recommend this company. It's seems that because they are only getting paid a one time fee from LG, they only put in minimal customer service. read more

Terrible service! Someone set up a time for the owner which is the service guy as well, to come out and repair my fridge. The owner/service man called and said he would not be able to make it. He told me to book an earlier time and asked why it was booked so late. It was his team that gave me that time slot. He was extremely rude to me on the phone. Getting service elsewhere, would not even want that man in my house. read more
