I have been using this company for the past 6 years, I was unable to speak when I first went in to see if they had cups I could use which do not need to be sucked, I have always been treated in a very friendly helpful manner, as if I was any normal person! Believe me - when you suddenly find yourself in need of aids for simple things like drinking a cup of tea and you are treated with respect and a smile - it makes a huge difference!!
