Now, today, I cannot get into set my vacation settings and no one is there to take my support call. I rarely give bad reviews but I have about had it with this business. While repairing my laptop Raymond discovered that the battery had swelled up so much that it caused the expansion that broke the laptop, so he ordered a new battery and replaced it.
