I waited several days and no call back, I call them again and they said they will call me back soon to schedule. One week later after still never calling me back, I call the Garage Door Guys and they installed a new operator for me and were great to deal with. I can't give Scofield a horrible rating because they never accepted my business, but I think this review and a 3/5 are a fair rating. I will also note I live in a house that needs all new windows and 2 new sliding glass doors, if I had had a good experience with this much smaller job I very likely would have given them that business as well. But now I know that, for whatever reason, they don't do what they say and they aren't diligent in communicating with customers. Hopefully they do better for future customers.

The cutting in around ceiling's and trim is a very important to me and I want it to be perfect and DIP exceeded my expectations without using any tape which I was amazed at. They are local and you can expect the two owners will do the work. They don't have several crews or sublet their work.
