From the trucks, equipment, demeanor, uniforms, knowledge, and ability, A few quick measurements, making sure I approved the correct location, my HDMI cables, etc. , Blu-Ray were OK and it was up and ready. They hooked everything up, tested it, ran through the connections....everything. My husband even commented afterwards, "Wow! You picked the right guys." Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!

Alex and Steven were knowledgeable of the systems, prompt, polite and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the camera system. When they left everything had been cleaned up. Tony ran me through the Home Theater set up and I am very pleased with both installations. Melissa in the office is a pleasure to work with. I have used this service for years and have been lucky enough to not have a real alarm. Recent we…read morehad a couple of false alarms and noted long delays, several minutes, before we got a call to confirm every thing was ok. That several minutes would be added to the police response time in an emergency, and is not the sort of protection we thought we were paying for. To see if the delay could be a system problem, we called the local number. That got us transferred to the call center in Nashville, then to a tech there. To be kind, I will just say he was less than helpful. He did say that it didn't really matter because the average burglary is 11 minutes and police takes 20 minutes to get there anyway. That did not make me feel better about paying for years of monitoring. He also said we might want to try a different company, so we will, and you should too.

I had Cornelius Electric replace my out dated electrical panel in order for me to accommodate a…read moreportable generator. Electricians Briar and Zachary took to task replacing the panel. Briar was an extremely pleasant young man and exceptionally knowledgeable. Both he and Zachary were professionals and did an outstanding job. This is not to say there were not unforeseen issues. A wrong main breaker was dispatched with the panel assembly and a temporary fix was done to maintain power. Both electricians and Cornelius worked through this to get the correct part and get the job done in a timely manner. In the end, i was very happy with the job and highly recommend this company. Also, they honor veterans and gave a very generous military discount to which i was truly grateful. All interactions with this company were positive.
