Great experience with Don. I recently purchased a Nest x Yale smart door lock. I tried to install the lock by myself (classic mistake) and once I removed my old existing lock I realized the hole for my old lock was smaller than the 2-1/8" hole required for the new Nest lock. After a few unsuccessful attempts at trying to bore the hole larger, I decided to call in the pros. I reached out to several companies for a quote on yelp and Don was the first person to respond. We needed to have our mother's home re-keyed and we're all on a busy schedule. I was able to set up the appointment a few days in advance simply via Yelp text messaging/email to accommodate my brother-in-law's schedule to be at the house as well as Don's availability. Don was on time and finished in 1 hour. During that time, he re-keyed ten locks and made the requested number of keys - that's 6 minutes per lock from uninstalling to reinstallation! My brother-in-law commented on Don's professional efficiency (which is difficult to get from him) and he was grateful that Don was done on time. The locks were reinstalled as if they had never been taken off of the doors and all work perfectly. All keys were checked and work perfectly. I appreciated Don's first price quote that was no-nonsense, unlike a few other Yelp quotes that were obvious lowball offers, and that Don stuck to his original quote.
