I had only 1 key for my new condo and i accidentally locked it inside one day and no way to get in. I mass messaged locksmiths in the Anaheim area to get quotes. Our front door lock was jammed. Don was able to come out quickly. However, he found out the lock I bought at Amazon doesn't work and he advised me the quality was not very good. I went to Lowell's and their specialist told me about the lifetime warranty of Baldwin locks. I contacted the representative and they sent me a replacement part. I immediately called Don back to install it. He was able to put it back without needing to change a new lock. Though I had to order a spare just in case, but Don did a beautiful job. He was also do the search to help me find a replacement in case the parts didn't work. He was also patient as I was going through my mother's cancer treatment. I had to replace my front, back and garage side door locks, and Don did a great job re-keying all the locks so that I only had to use one key for all of them, and then installed them. He even had to make the deadbolt holes bigger, because the locks that were previously in there were so old that the new deadbolts didn't fit. Great experience with Don. I recently purchased a Nest x Yale smart door lock. I tried to install the lock by myself (classic mistake) and once I removed my old existing lock I realized the hole for my old lock was smaller than the 2-1/8" hole required for the new Nest lock.
