Our front door lock was jammed. Don was able to come out quickly. However, he found out the lock I bought at Amazon doesn't work and he advised me the quality was not very good. I went to Lowell's and their specialist told me about the lifetime warranty of Baldwin locks. I contacted the representative and they sent me a replacement part. I immediately called Don back to install it. He was able to put it back without needing to change a new lock. Though I had to order a spare just in case, but Don did a beautiful job. He was also do the search to help me find a replacement in case the parts didn't work. He was also patient as I was going through my mother's cancer treatment.
