They come up with many excuses why they didn't deliver on promised dates and times!! They have poor Quality I'm sorry to say employees, they just toss your belongings into a truck break everything, then put all your belongings in a storage unit, then lie about the location of your belongings!! When they finally get delivered everything is filthy and or lost and or Broken!! Even looks like because our items was just tossed around due to 95% of all box's and plastic bins were destroyed!! This company was sub-contracted out from a larger company so we didn't even know them till they arrived and jacked up the cost by $5900 Had no choice due to all arraignments for the move was set... The worst experience of my life. I moved cross country and this is the moving company hired by a broker called Purple Heart Moving Group. They showed up ten days after the first date I was given. So much was destroyed I can't begin to list it all. The driver showed up without a key to unlock the back door. We had to buy a grinder to cut the lock as no locksmith was available to help. Then my goods were mixed in with the other client and the local help they hired unloaded a couple of boxes of theirs. I gave up trying to recoup any costs and am now trying to find a way to get them back to the rightful owner. I have been trying for three months now. Stay away from this moving company! They are literally the worst people I have ever met in my life! They picked up my stuff in Denver CO on July 31st 2020. Upon arriving to my townhome the movers tried to charge me double of what I was originally quoted. After discussing with Joel Garcia we came to an agreement and I paid more than I was quoted but it was last minute and I needed to move for work. A week later different movers showed up to my apartment in Los Angeles to deliver my stuff. They were paid and started unloading and half of my belongings were missing and the stuff that was delivered was damaged. I contacted Joel about the missing stuff and he said he would find it. Weeks passed and I kept asking for updates. Finally he responded with pictures of my stuff on August 22. He said he would provide me with a date of when my stuff would get delivered and I received nothing. On August 30th he told me the driver left Colorado Springs with my stuff. It's September 20th and he has become unresponsive once again and I still don't have my belongings. I don't have my mattress, they delivered half of my dining table (LITERALLY didn't deliver the top so I have four chairs and a metal stand with no top to go on it), all in all the stuff that is still missing is worth about $2500-$3000. I have been so patient and continue to beg him to please deliver my stuff. I literally text him just begging for my stuff and he wont even respond to me. Do not use this company. I moved from CO to IL on 9/6/2020. Today is 10/22/2020, and I still do not have my things. That alone should be enough to dissuade anyone from going with Able, but in case you need more: - Movers showed up and priced my things at around $1500 more than was estimated to me the day before. - I was not provided a Bill of Lading or the contract I signed upon pickup. I had to demand these documents later. Our list of items included "5 dressers" and "2 big dressers"...? We are two people. We have two dressers, one small set of drawers, and two bedside tables. No idea what they were talking about. No wonder it cost so much. - I have been told NUMEROUS times, by Joel and Andrea, that my things would arrive on a specific day. Then nothing arrives. No call to inform me of a delay, and often no response to my many calls. No explanation or even apology most of the time. Last week Andrea asked me what type of TV we have, because our things were next to another shipment and neither was labeled. God knows what else of ours they've mixed up already. - A few days ago I was told my things were in Omaha (west of me). Today I was told my things are in Chicago (east of me). Apparently a truck drove past my house without stopping. What?! This has been the most violating, stressful, humiliating 6 weeks of my life. Spare yourself. read more

There's no negative star so I can't really rate them. (Evidently I have to pick a star) They picked up my furniture in Phoenix on Oct 28, going to enterprise Al. As of December 2, I still do not have my furniture. Andrea has ghosted me, she won't empty her messages, so no one else can leave a message. I get it, if I was part of a company that operated this way, I wouldn't want messages either. They really suck, and I believe I'm going to have to file charges for what I consider to be stolen property. read more

This is a fake company with a fake address - I personally verified there is no moving company there. We were scammed out of $1600+ by a person identifying herself as Laci Taylor who was sent prepayment for moving services but no service was provided. Do not try to use this fake company! read more

avoid this mover at all cost. We moved 106 days ago and we still don't have all of our items. no responses from customer services (email and voicemails) after 15 contacts. Our moving broker who assigned Able to us can't get any response from them. They increased our ship costs by 40% from the estimate, and wouldn't load us up until we paid that extra in cash. Able was subcontracted unbeknownst to us as our cross country movers. We were up charged $7k more than our original Quote after they loaded all our items ending at 8pm and the crew talked about their felonies the whole time. This was 10/6/20 and put approx delivery date was 10/17/20. Getting updates once they were paid was al to none, deliver date passed, the a week passed, then I was told we had to wait 10 more business days as they were allowed that. We got a call early morning saying our items were 3 hours away and the truck accidentally went to Virginia instead of TN. Half hour later we got a call the truck had flipped earlier that morning and the contents were in a new container and being scheduled to be transported to our address to assess. We got the same response from Andrea every day for a week, then nothing. It's been a month since contracted delivery Date and over 2 weeks since the accident. Our 4 be house of items was destroyed because the driver (22) fell asleep driving on the highway at 2am, drove into the median and flipped ripping through trees. Luckily he wasn't badly hurt, nor his passenger and he didn't kill anyone. But our lives are devastated and the company, Andrea and the owners Joel and Ray have no compassion or remorse. They won't return calls or answer and told me they have other customers they have to deal with. I am a single mom escaping a domestic violence situation with 3 kids that now have no personal belongings, furniture or cherished memories and keepsakes because of their complete negligence. Do not use this company! We went with a different moving company that subcontracted to Able. I'd share all the details, but it's the same story as everyone else's. The lied multiple times, showed up late, took two days longer than our close date to pack up, only delivered half of our household items after demanding payment in full to start unloading (they didn't disclose they only had half of our stuff), provided us with items that weren't ours. Yes, we had legal documents with someone else's PII. Then, when we told the crew the leader said, "Oh, well just do whatever you want with them". We've been ghosted and the half of the stuff we got doesn't even go together. One piece of a sectional, a frame for one bed size but a mattress for another, only parts of the actual bed.....stay away unless you don't actually want your stuff! read more
