First of all, Andrew and Meri…read moremade sure that I was able to get in immediately when I explained that my car had been in a body shop being repaired for two months following an accident and then had mold and mildew growing inside when I picked it up. I have three children, including a 4 month old baby, so they were beyond sympathetic and accommodating for my situation. They worked for 7 HOURS immaculately detailing my vehicle's interior, and I know this was one of their more difficult jobs being that my car was essentially a biohazard. However, they went above and beyond, and my car looks and smells INCREDIBLE. Further, when I went to pick up my vehicle, they showed me and explained everything that they did, including an ozone treatment, steam cleaning, and using a dehumidifier to draw out any remaining moisture, among other things. Also, Andrew, Meri, and the detail technicians are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever encounter. They restored my faith in humanity. Seriously, I will recommend them to any and everyone. I'm so grateful!

Baton Rouge Is rough on tires so I always get road hazard. I needed to replace a not quite 3 month old tire and the quote, with road hazard was almost as much as I originally paid for the tire. I questioned this and said this would be my last Mavis tire and a $100 error in their favor was conveniently found. I still felt the price was too expensive. They tried to tell me I had used up almost half of my tread depth in less than 3 months. While this should have nothing to do with my replacement tire's cost, I went to two other tire shops and had my tread depth measured. All 4 tires had 10/32" depth, considered new as far as tires are concerned. I recorded everything said and done at both tire places. Mavis had not measured my tire depth and honestly it should not have mattered. The tires were virtually brand new, I bought road hazard warranty and should have had a new tire placed on my car free of charge. I called their national consumer satisfaction line. They intervened with the store and it was decided I would get a "free" tire and "only" be responsible for labor, valve stems, recycling and other fees That added up to over $70. In the past they would just put a new tire on and send you on your way, no money exchanged. I have called other tire companies and their road hazard warranties still work this way. Mavis saw a disabled 65 year old woman and thought they would make some Extra profit. I detest being treated as stupid because of my gender, age and disability. I feel this company is now taking advantage of people. Their road hazard warranty isn't worth the paper it was printed on and that the company is now far from ethical. I prefer writing positive reviews but when I run across a company that has found a way to cheat their customers I have to tell the truth so no one else gets burned. There are plenty of ethical tire companies in Baton Rouge. This is not one of them

The employee who worked on my car was conveniently not employed there just a few days later, so there are no witnesses or cameras to corroborate their claims. Within a day, the crack spread to the point that it obstructed my line of sight and made the vehicle unsafe to drive. I was unable to drive my car to work and had to pay out of pocket for a mobile windshield replacement. Despite acknowledging that the damage happened on their property, they have refused to take responsibility or reimburse the cost. I'm disappointed in how this was handled and would not recommend this company based on this experience.

No quality controls? No safety checks?
