She was run off and now they are running off some of the most apt and amazing techs in BR/Prairieville area. It really sucks because they really had a great crew over there before the new owner took over. The moral is not even the same. It is not very "Christian-like." 3yrs ago...I brought my car for service and immediately was impressed. They send a text to you so you communicate with what is going on with your vehicle. They let you know pricing up front.I also received a link to see my diagnosis info and other things that they caught that needed attention; and it included pics. I waited and waited. I waited over two hours and didn't get my ticket, I decided to go to Gonzales by the Premier lanes bowling alley to get my inspection sticker people are nicer. They're not butts when you talk to him and I got it done less than 10 minutes. I don't like this company. They really need to like brighten peoples day or something. I did nothing to that dude except try to be polite and ask him maybe he was just upset to have to put on inspection stickers, but I don't know

My 2004 dodge ram 1500 was constantly stalling, shutting off and sometimes not starting for 15…read moreminutes to a hour. I thought it was a fuel issue initially but I wasn't certain due to another automotive company which I used, not mentioning any other problems on the final inspection after getting the catalytic converter replaced. I contacted Ronnie at Tri Care and explained the issue. He gave me a quote on a diagnostics test. I told him I'd be by at a later date. The truck ran smoothly for a month without any issues and completely shut off on me in traffic. I got it towed to the location on Cloverland but they were backed up for a week and Ronnie's location on Airline Hwy could take care of it in a couple of days. After the diagnostics test, Ronnie contacted me and told me I had a bad crank shaft sensor due to being the original piece on it from 2004. I told him I wanted additional work and he gave me the price for everything and it was under $1000 for a diagnostics test, crank shaft replacemen, new batter and an oil change. On the diagnostic report, it has a list of issues that are recommended to get fixed. my truck has opera smoothly without any problem since taking it ti Tri-Care. I highly recommend using their service.
