If you own a Lexus, you know that it is a great vehicle, but comes at a price. In other words, you get what you pay for. My last experience here was with the service center. While there is a very accommodating and nice wait area, I left disappointed. My service visit was supposed to include a wash and vacuum. Well, they did something because the vehicle was wet, but there was no evidence of it being vacuumed. The exterior had smears of dirt. My "Maintenance Needed "message came on a few weeks back so I took my 2022 Lexus ES 350 for service. I was previously sent a coupon from Price LeBlanc Lexus for an exclusive offer that includes: engine oil and filter change, complimentary multi-point inspection and a car wash for $99! I scheduled my service. When I arrived, Jonathan was unaware of any offers and asked to see my email, and I showed him so he "honored" the price for the service. I also asked that my car be checked as when backing up only, I would get a high pitch squeel when applying my brakes lightly to slow down. I asked and was told service would not be long so I waited. After OVER TWO hours, my car was brought around and the service tech took payment and handed me my paperwork. He did not review it with me and only stated that they could not replicate the squeeking noise. Why didn't they come ask me about it so I could try and replicate it? Which I can because it is still happening. I was also meeting with a TECH rep fter the service as I could not get android auto to load. After her telling me what to do, I went home and it still does not work. It was then that I noticed that the "FREE " Car wash also had not been done. I then reviewed my paperwork and saw that my break fluid level was noted in the RED. No where could I see if this was addressed so I called the Tech, Jonathan, and left a message for a return call. He never Returned my call. I then get a call from from another gentleman who left me a message asking about my "experience" and I returned his call, only to get the service Dept. voice mail, so I left yet ANOTHER message, again NO RETURN CALL. I called the main number and asked to speak to ANYONE in service who could answer my question only to be told that there was NO ONE available and I needed to leave yet ANOTHER Voice mail,. Surprise, No return call. I then get an email from a nice young lady (can't recall her name) and explained to her my situation. She was very polite and assured she would get the service manager to contact me as soon as possible, He never did. I then notice that my cars "Maintenance Needed soon" message was still popping up on my dash after the oil change. They obviously never reset it. Is'nt that NORMAL proceedure? I looked over my paperwork again and that is when I noticed (at the very bottom) it says "Deleted Operation" Wash, Dry and Vacuum. Um, why? So, I really DON'T know if they ACTUALLY changed my oil/filter. Don't know if they addressed the Break fluid issue and I obviously did not get the wash dry and vacuum. I have owned many Lexus vehicles mostly out of Charleston SC where I was treated like royalty. That was NOT my experience at Price LeBlanc Lexus. I won't be doing business with a company that does not value its clients. I am treated better at a Jiffy Lube!! read more

Brought car in for tune up service, rear strut replacement and machine rear rotors and pad replacement. When driving off their lot heard a noise of something still loose and brought it right back to the service desk. They found that some trunk part assembled on the right side of the trunk to be loose and provided a loaner because they didn't have a replacement part available but said it would be fixed. A week later my car was ready for pickup and said to be good to go but only 2-3 days of driving the vehicle the noise was back. They said they had to fab and make it work which means they didn't use the proper parts to correct issue. I am really disappointed in PL LEXUS. Granted my vehicle had a previous rear end collision that was repaired but when my vehicle went to PL Lexus that noise did not exist. That's why more and more people are opting to work on their vehicles themselves versus bringing it to the dealership with certified technicians that can care less if they correct an issue the proper way. read more

While the buying process at Price LeBlanc Lexus was smooth the backend has been a NIGHTMARE. They completely dropped the ball several times. My paperwork was NOT processed in a timely manner causing me to pay a penelty with the state. My sales tax was calculated wrong, the amount I paid the dealer in sales tax was NOT the amount the check was written for to the DMV. I had to come out of pocket a few thousand dollars to get the situation fixed. I thought that was it until I got a letter stating my registration was suspended because the dealership failed to send the state my leinholder information. The titling department was so rude everytime I called. I had to go up there in person twice with little resolve and it's possible I may recieve another penelty. I love my car but the issues I encountered have been insane. I expected so much better. read more

My mom was in need of a new car, so we took a day trip to Baton Rouge to see what Price Leblanc Lexus had in their inventory of certified pre-owned SUVs. Mindy Rousseau was waiting for us in her office when we arrived for our appointment, and she immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. Mindy listened to my mom as she told her what she was looking for and what her price range was. When Mindy walked us out to the lot, she took us directly to the car she had in mind for my mom and, after test driving the vehicle and negotiating some of the numbers, my mom was sold (or, rather, the RX350 was!). We felt that Mindy was honest and sincere every step of the way, and she treated us like royalty while we were at Price Leblanc. Mindy realized how attached my mom was to the Toyota Highlander she was trading in, and she was kind and patient with my mom as she grappled with leaving that vehicle full of nearly a decade's worth of memories behind. Mindy was by my mom's side every step of the way, from test driving the vehicle to meeting with Price Leblanc's in-house financing department (Melvin was great!) to learning how to navigate all of the innovative technology and safety features that come standard in her Lexus RX350 model to cleaning out her Highlander. I cannot say enough good things about Mindy Rousseau. All of that was a week ago. Yesterday, my mom and I traveled back to Price Leblanc to have the service department put a bug deflector on the new vehicle (which my mom LOVES, by the way!). Mindy, again, greeted us and took us exactly where we needed to be. She had Brad in the service department set us up in a complimentary loaner vehicle so that we could tend to a few personal errands while we waited for the work on my mom's new car to be completed. Brad texted us with updates while we were gone and let us know when the vehicle was ready. It was such an easy, wonderful experience! When we arrived back at Price Leblanc, Mindy was waiting for us so that Trey (one of Price Leblanc's technology specialists) could answer questions my mom had about the various buttons and features she hadn't quite figured out yet. Trey even gave my mom his business card and asked her to call, text, or email him should she have any further questions about her vehicle. Even though we only met the team at Price Leblanc a little over a week ago, we already feel like we are a part of what seems to be a close-knit family there. (My mom even baked a cake and brought it to Mindy and the rest of the sales team when we went back yesterday!) I don't even OWN a Lexus and I feel like I belong to their group! (One day, though. One day . . .) My mom was treated like a queen throughout the entire process thanks to Mindy Rousseau. (We seriously cannot say enough good things about this lady!) And on top of the service at Price Leblanc Lexus, you should FEEL how my mom's new RX350 drives!! Do you know what it feels like to run a hot knife through butter? I would give this dealership, particularly the service department, Zero stars if I was able to. Very difficult to work with, very rude over the phone. Service reps are rude, hours are inconvenient, service technicians have been rude. Unwilling to work with customers who work extended hours and require transportation. I've had such a bad experience with this dealership (twice now) that when it was time to turn in my previous lease and lease a new vehicle, I drove six hours to another dealership in another state. I've been treated so rudely that I'm willing to drive to New Orleans for regular maintenance and service. Not sure what happened over the last few years but when my car was brand new (2009) an oil change was $45...today, I came in to get my oil changed and tired rotated and the total is $120!! This is either a sign that Price LeBlanc only wants to sell cars or that only "new" cars get a realistic rate for service. They do have good service and free snacks if you wait but with the extra $45 I could save by going elsewhere I can buy some pretty great snacks. read more

We bought our Lexus GX in July of 2012 when we needed more space for our second child. We've been nothing but pleased with both the quality of our vehicle, and the service we've received at Price Leblanc. Yes, maintenance on these luxury cars is definitely pricier than with other brands, but we expected that when we purchased--kinda comes with the territory. Although I can't compare to other dealerships/prices since this is the only one we have used, I can say that I am probably a Lexus-buyer for life, and we see no reason to look elsewhere. When we have work done, the staff is friendly, and the lobby/waiting area is very comfortable (snacks, tv, nice bathrooms), which is nice for longer wait-times. They have also been very helpful setting us up with loaners for longer maintenance, and replacing parts destroyed by our kids:) Satisfied customers. read more

We brought our 2014 Lexus ( purchased at this dealership) in for routine service and oil change yesterday. I balked at the $330 estimate, but decided to go with it as it is still in warranty. My husband called this morning and asked for a loaner vehicle while the service department figured out the problem, because his day is full. He was told there was none to be had.
