I got home and iced but needless to say my knee swelled up to the size of 16in softball I had one more visit explained what happened but realized this wasn't the place for me and canceled the rest of my sessions after talking to my Orthopedic Doctor. There were a couple of good therapist there but unfortunately you don't get to pick you are just scheduled and from one not listening to one being 15-20min late I realized that 2 good ones out of the 5 I seen makes a bad experience and that this place wasn't for me

Sometimes 24-48 hour notice is not possible, but to be assessed a fee for trying to keep their staff healthy is really disappointing. Rigid cancelation polices, especially when working with pregnant patients who can have a myriad of issues arise, can result in loss of business. I'll be looking elsewhere to complete my PT. It should also be noted that while sure, most doctors offices have a 24 hour cancellation notice, most places value the health of their clients and their staff enough to waive cancellation fees when someone is calling with unexpected illness. Helpful to know that income is what really matters to this location! The cancellation policy reminders are incessant, but reminders are sent about appointments after you have already passed the 48-hour mark. For all prospective clients - please consider whether you may ever be susceptible to an illness prior to choosing this location for your PT, they are inflexible and have a much higher cancellation fee than any other practice I have visited across the spectrum of all medical facilities.

Kathy, who was the front desk receptionist, was non-communicative. Unbeknownst to me she was allergic to my essential oil and ran around the office peering from behind walls like a caged animal every visit. It was extremely uncomfortable - first being attacked for monies before service rendered, then to being treated like a pariah for reasons not explained. All in all, it was a strange and unsettling experience. Severe customer service training is needed with communication techniques thoroughly reviewed.

He made me feel welcome when I walked into his clinic. Dr. Haas and the staff there were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. They identified my problem and provided instruction on exercises that would help ease the problem. I have, however, been dealing with what I deem inappropriate behavior and have been doing everything in my power to talk to someone about it. I have reached out to the corparate office and beleive it or not was transferred to a third party entity to report my issues. That third party is located in some thrid world nation!!!! I am to try and explain my issues with someone whose first language is not english! Let'st start there. There is also a significant delay when conversing with this individual due to internet connection or whatever the reason but it is MADDENING and unprofessional. Also, these overses agents speak from a script. There is no real conversation to be had at all. I am going to ATI's flagship location. Location #1. I am in a situation where I do not feel comfortable continuing my healing under the circumstances but I am 10 visits in. Almost $400 out of pocket is my responsibility. I am mere minutes from their Bolingbrook Corporate Office but I cannot get a phone call back from anyone. Not one soul has called me even though I was promised a phone call this past Monday 1/20. I was assured someone, Chad, perhaps would call me 100% and nothing. How is this acceptable????? I am beside myself. I did not go in today for my 12:30 scheduled appointment and no called me despite me making several attempt to call them at 630-455-6630. It just rings and rings and rings then goes to a fast busy, I also called the corporate office at (630) 296-2223. Also no answer at all. I will post this everywhere until I get a response. I did go in there to talk to him and see if he'd agree to some kind of settlement amount, which he did. Which was nice. So I'm grateful to him for that. If you do get treatment from here just make sure you always pay attention to what they are billing you. Cuz you don't want to rack up charges then months later find out you owe them a huge amount. And since we can't respond directly to other reviews, I'd like to say something about Cassie B.'s review and that is, I don't believe it. I find it hard to believe that a secretary would send a potential new hire a text berating them for not taking a position. Her review seems exaggerated and just not true. Sounds like she thought she was going to get treated like a princess and when it didn't happen she couldn't handle it.
