I can't praise this business enough! My dryer stopped working two days ago. I was nervous about calling a repair man for fear of being swindled. I called yesterday at 9 am when they opened. There wasn't any openings that day but said he'd be around my house the next day at lunch time (between 11:30 and 12:30). During that phone call he was very forthcoming with information and was very patient with my questioning. This morning, he called and was able to come at 11:00. Very knowledgeable, walked me step by step to what he was doing and why. He not only replaced the blown fuse but also talked to be about how to prevent it from happening. He was also frank with me about my wants and needs. At the end of the day, Loy and his trainee were at the house from 11:00 till 11:40 and fixed my dryer and a minor issue with the washer. Edit: As if I didn't already have enough positive things to say about this company, I just got a follow up phone call two weeks later to check in on how my machines and repairs are holding up. We have had Mr. Loy work on our washer and dryers for years and today was no exception to his excellent customer service and knowledge. In regards to this servicing I called him yesterday afternoon after our 19 year old washer stopped draining and explained what was occurring to him. He politely asked a few questions all while not making me feel stupid for not knowing anything about electricity or appliances! Score! He was able to give me a few possible solutions to the problem and offered me a few times to get it repaired. I chose this morning between 10-11 am. As always he said he would call before coming, let me know if he was running late, etc. He called at 10:11 am and told me he apologized but was running a bit behind but was on his way. He arrived about 15 minutes later and was polite about getting right to work on the problem. He explained what he thought may have happened, asked for a towel, etc and got to work. He found the culprit was one of our daughter's tiny socks lodged in the hose area and removed it. He then ran a cycle to check to ensure it would still work and it did. He then offered knowledge and assistance in regards to our dryer as well. He cleaned up after himself and was neat. I promptly paid him a very fair price $126 for his time and work then proceeded to come on here to give him the review he deserves. Thanks again! God bless! read more

Honesty...Number one reason to use a repair service and Keep using them. My landlord never fixes much and takes him forever to fix or replace. When his 20+ yr old washer died...I knew during this Corona pandemic...I needed to fix/ replace quickly. Able examined the poor old thing and said...motor gone...not worth relacing one. Honest and not looking to make a buck. I thanked him and now need to replace this Immediately..as 2 disabled people need a washer in home. Life changing service call. Puts everyone else to shame. Upon initial appointment call, the gentleman talked us through ensuring we did not create a more costly repair by making the dryer's condition worse. He called to update us on arrival time. He had the needed parts on hand to complete the repair the same day (has never happened in our past experiences). He was kind enough to answer questions about our washing machine and give it a look. Absolutely amazing visit. So happy. Dryer is now working perfectly, and the repair didn't break the bank. Other companies we called didn't bother showing up, or calling. He came out same day and fixed the problem quickly. I was happy with everything but the price surprised me and I didn't'the receive an itemized receipt, I had to ask what his price was based on. Here's the breakdown of what he told me: $68 for a house call, $40 for the labor(mind you he worked on it 15 mins which would be $160 an hour), and $50 for the part. I googled the part and found it for roughly $20 from three different sources. So if you want your appliance fixed and have money to burn, call this guy, he is very good at what he does. read more
