The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions, even for a first-time visitor trying to take it all in. It's really hard to leave the store empty-handed. My only question is: why do they close at 4:00 PM? I found myself wishing I had more time to browse, and it seems like many people who work traditional hours might miss out on visiting during the week.
