Then there's the refusal to get wifi for customers. I've gone in once every 5-6 months to ask if they have wifi so I can work in there, it's nice to work in a coffee shop where you can get drinks and snacks from them for a few hours, but they refuse. Every single time I've gone in for the past 2 years they say, "oh, the wifi is down"...just say you don't want to pay for wifi for your customers. As much as I want to support local small business over chains, at least the chain coffee shops are clean and have working wifi. If a store is this dirty to the customers eye, I don't trust the machines and food storage. I am done trying to support them.

I…read morehave ordered and had to wait at the window for a very long time while the employees were telling stories and laughing having a good time. I thought it was just a bad day for customers... then my daughter tells me the price is different for the exact same coffee depending on who is at the window. Some accept OU Athens college ID for discount and one person says only Marietta colleges get discounts. She also waited at the window for over 6 minutes more than once while the employees are telling each other stories and looking at phones. Hope this gets fixed but I will be going to one of the many other coffee spots for a while. Very disappointing customer service. I am doing 3 stars because the coffee is good.
