An absolute pet peeve as another local business owner, not to mention in a time when we have people who wish their office was open and could get a pay check. You have literally three employees behind the counter punching the clock with an empty store and a customer comes to the counter when your door is open for business and you tell them " well we close in five minutes...." Are you serious??? I mean laziness doesn't surprise me anymore but I am ashamed for this business and don't know when I would care to venture back! I hate when punching the clock is more important than customer service, I don't have a job where I punch the clock nor have the luxury to turn away a walk in, but god bless those who do!
