What I appreciated is that my contact (José) always answered the phone and gave me a detailed update every time I called. He went out of his way to source the back ordered part from a dealer in Sawgrass and chase the other dealers for the right parts. A lot of places in Miami would just ignore you if things were delayed, and I'm sure it would have taken twice as long without him pushing things along.

I wish I could comment as to their work but after keeping my car the entire day, their doubling the written estimate caused me to have to go pick it up and go elsewhere.

To make things move quicker, I went with them. I dropped off my car and Betty at the front desk inspected my car. I pointed out some minor scuffs and paint chips I wanted them to take care of in addition to the crash repair (I would pay). They worked with the insurance to get a supplement and I got my car within a week. Betty would call me every couple of days to keep me informed and I got the car earlier than she had estimated! They took care of what they could in regards to the extra work I asked them to do at no charge. Oh, and on top of it all, their dog is named Enzo to go with the Ferrari theme in the name!

All in all, the tints came out great and after three weeks I have not noticed any problems. Unfortunately there was a small accident at the shop, but the owner went to extreme lengths to make sure everything was taken care of. Chris offered a great service, was very responsive, and was very honest with everything. I would take my car again, and would recommend them to anyone! If you own a Tesla, be careful with shops, the electronics of the car can get messed up if a bad job is done. When I dropped the car off for the work, Angel suggested some additional work that I agreed to because the pricing was great. I received photos from Angel while the car was being worked on, putting my mind at ease that I would get my car back on time. It took one week to hammer out the dents, completely paint the car, change out the brake pads, clean the engine and detail the interior! That's it, just one week! When I went to get the car, it looked brand new! I was so nervous driving it home, LOL! Bonus - the Uber driver that dropped me off there needed body work, so Angel was able to give her an estimate right then and there!
