My S2000's bumper had really bad scratch damage and they made it brand-new. I was really surprised with the quality of the work and was extremely affordable. I went another body shop in the area and they quoted me 35%-40% more than BumperDoc. The owner, Cesar, is the NICEST guy. He helped me through the entire process and the customer service you receive here is excellent. I dealt with him the entire time, they had a really quick turnaround on the work, and overall had a really awesome experience. Very, very bad Experience! I was told that the repair of my bumper and wheel scratch along with a few touch ups would take 2 days maximum because I had to return my lease. Once they had the car there was no communication, I had to go by 3 times and they would always tell me that they need an addition day........my car was somewhat finished on the day that I had to return my lease!!!! He did not touch up scratches and the car was filthy dirty. Do not do business here. No sense of customer service. The shop is also a disaster and they don't answer the phones. read more

Excellent service and work. I took in my car the owner greeted me and walked out to my car for an estimate. He gave me a very comprehensive report and told me exactly what I needed to do. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with the care I received in this case that I feel one is important. I brought a rental car to Bumper Doc this morning because I had made a slight scratch in it, and was concerned that the rental car company would rip me off when I return it tomorrow. Bumper Doc took me right away, and in 2 hours had performed magic on the car. They repainted it perfectly and removed any signs of a scratch. They were totally professional, clean, excellent body workers and give great customer care, for a very reasonable fee.
