Jeff is an excellent agent! When I was moving to the East Bay, he negotiated a lease agreement for me in an area I was seriously considering buying. A couple other agents had been pushing me to buy, but he understood the situation, negotiated a lease for me instead, and said to call whenever I am ready to buy. He recommended that I use the time to get to know the surrounding neighborhoods, and checked in on me during the year. It turns out that this advice ended up with a well-informed decision to purchase in a different area, and I could not be happier with his advice. Cant give enough praise to this guy for helping my family relocate from Hayward to Tracy. Sold our home for above asking price, and got us another one for below their asking price, and all in about a weeks time. Closed real quick and was able to navigate throught the minor issues that came from dealing with the other realtors and their clients. Best part is Jeffs passion and knowledge of the industry, he is not subpar by any means. He emphasizes customer service, and actually backs it up by his actions. Any unanswered calls were returned shortly, and we talked almost daily. Ask him about his credentials and accomplishments, and you will get a long list, but not in an arrogant or boasting manner (although he easily could). His numbers top pretty much everyone in this area, yet that much volume doesnt seem to effect his services somehow. Example: when dealing with the realtor in the home we bought he took a deduction in his percentage without even asking us, simply because he has enough volume that he doesnt need to haggle over his $$$. Already referred him to others and we havent even finished painting our new home yet.
