Por favor, no intenten cubrir sus errores haciéndome ver como si yo estuviera mintiendo. Tampoco actúen como si me estuvieran "ayudando" ofreciéndome un plan de pagos para el reemplazo, cuando ese reemplazo solo fue necesario por un error de su propio despacho, no por USPS. Si es que también trataron de resolver el problema con usps le pido por favor que me compartan el tracking number ya que eso nunca se me proporcionó y también puede acudir a la llamada Grabada entre el agente de migración mi persona y su representante para corroborar que no estoy inventando nada y que todo lo que mencione es totalmente 100% verdadero Cada vez que se intentaba comunicar con ustedes, nunca respondían. Tomaban mensajes que jamás devolvían. Y constantemente se pasaban la culpa entre ustedes mismos, mostrando una falta total de organización y profesionalismo. Para cobrar mensualmente, eso sí, eran puntuales; pero para cumplir con un servicio ya pagado, siempre había retrasos, excusas o trámites mal manejados. Si van a tomarse el tiempo para escribir una explicación tan larga intentando dejarme mal a mí y a mi familia, deberían mejor tomarse el tiempo en hacer su trabajo correctamente desde el inicio. For 3 years they asked for more and more paperwork and always used the excuse they there was a new paralegal so we needed to send the paperwork "again". Seems wrong, right? ***Warning: Avoid Eric Price Law Firm -- Unprofessional & Dishonest*** I'm sharing this to warn others who may be desperate for help, especially with immigration matters. My experience with the Law Office of Eric Price was disheartening, frustrating, and unacceptable. We paid over $6,000, and ONE YEAR LATER found out our case wasn't even eligible. When I asked why they didn't confirm that before taking our money, Tom Torres, their Head of Case Development, told me it "wasn't their responsibility". Let that sink in. No documents were filed, and no real legal work was done -- yet we were promised only a "partial refund", which was supposed to take 30 days. It's now been over a month, and they've changed their story -- now claiming it takes 90 days. The communication throughout has been awful: Juan Gerardo Arevalo, who gave us the estimate, told me he has dyslexia!!!! and sometimes mixes up numbers. That's concerning -- especially when you're handling financial and legal matters. This firm seems more focused on taking money from people in vulnerable situations than actually helping them. They abused our trust and gave us nothing in return but stress and delays and EXCUSES. Please, if you're considering working with this firm, think twice. You deserve better. read more

A document that was super important in my case needed to be filled out to help my case and it wasn't done properly, it was as if a third-grader wrote the details, and of course my case was denied. I was already discouraged and thought I'd never see anyone else again, but I went to see a lawyer that was recommended, and he saw how that document that would have helped my case was denied for lack of importance. I won't recommend this firm, even more so since they don't have a permanent person on your case. So my family has been using Eric Price's office for their immigration matters for a couple of years now. I will say we had some communication issues at times, but they have always delivered on their promises. I can't thank the team enough for all they have done for us. As I said, there were times where we did not get a response to our calls as quickly as I would like, but I found out that their customer service team is the best way to stay in touch with my legal team.     Geovanni in particular helped my family by being the point of contact throughout the process. Without him we would feel lost. As all my other reviews this one will not be the exception and it will also be an honest review based on our experience with them (please keep in mind I will not give all the details about the case due to privacy). We had a good experience with this office handling a case, I'm surprised to read bad reviews about bad communication, in our case we didn't have that issue at ALL! They were always available to answer calls ( or return calls), text and emails, Geovanni R. was great and very helpful answering our questions and keeping us informed about the case. Geovanni and his team provided an outstanding service (Sara I. Beltran and Diana K. Chavez), I'm happy to share that the case had the outcome we were hoping for!!! The time it took is the average time it usually takes, we are glad we chose this office, we totally recommend them. Started a case back in October and we were super excited to work with this team because we'd heard good things but it's only been a NIGHTMARE since then. We never knew who my fathers lawyer was until about January. He asked us to email him a few things then we didn't hear from him (or anyone for that matter) until weeks later when we took it upon ourselves to call. Hilberto Campo, our only point contact person at this point, said we never sent him the documents which I knew was a lie because I had the email open in front of me-- they then proceeded to admit they just didn't see it. It's super hard to get in contact with anyone, they don't respond to emails or make call backs. The only call you can for sure count on happening are payment calls. We held off on making a payment because we want to hear something (anything) back about our case and when the payment woman called to ask about the payment -- she immediately hung up. I thought she was super rude and unprofessional considering the fact that I did not give her any attitude whatsoever, simply let her know we wanted to hear something first. There's a handful of things that I'd like to add but will do so once we've had a chance to speak with someone who will not hang up on us. Update (some thing that were left out): - They do offer a free consultation which is generous HOWEVER we were given incorrect information from the start. My father is applying for a U visa and was told he could not add any one at any point. After consulting with a different lawyer, we were told that's not true and they gave us a much better description of what the process looks like during their free consultation. - After we left this review, we were finally contacted directly for the first time (which I will get into). During this call it was agreed payments would be discontinued as we've decided to take out business elsewhere. I can't remember how long after we received another payment call where we explained our situation to the SAME woman and she proceeded to hang up on us AGAIN. After leaving the original review about the woman, we were assured the company didn't want someone like that to work for them but here we are and there she is. - The call itself: the only positive experience we have had it with this company was working with Geovanni R, who called us after this review was posted. I do not believe he's a lawyer, I think he's more of like the business manager/ social resources side of the business. He reached out during his off day and provided a phone number to contact him directly. Our new lawyer provided some guidance as to what to ask for and Geovanni was more than willing to provide us with everything and was incredibly quick to it. We spoke with him on a Saturday and he emailed me back by Monday/ Tuesday. He apologized for our experience with them and assured us that they pride themselves on providing quality services. He was never condescending, did not argue with our choice to switch firms, and he was super quick to deliver everything promised during our phone call. Overall: I would still recommend considering other places. While they do have a nice office and give off a professional and sophisticated front, nothing was done for us in the 4-5 months we worked with them (besides fingerprints, which was an additional fee). read more

I set up an appointment and was called much earlier than my appointment. Being busy I asked if I can call them at my given appointment time. As a response to Geovanni. Your response is obviously genetic because this is absolutely not true. I did not speak with 3 attorneys. I only spoke with one. I made my appointment over the phone and on the day of my appointment spoke with one person. And again saying that I spoke with him is an overstatement since this "attorney" would not even let me speak when I was there. He didn't hear me even to make a conclusion, he wouldn't have been able to even decide if my case was difficult or challenging because he didn't even give me the respect to hear me. You said I was there 3 different times and spoke with 3 different attorneys, please provide dates and prove of me been there because I had never in my life before even gone into the building where you are located. Not only do your attorneys disrespect clients but also now your marketing department lies and tries to make the clients seem like the ones making things up. You all should be ashamed Had this insulting response not been posted today I would have forgotten about this but now Giovanni has gone as far as to claim that I somehow prior to my in person appointment had spoken with not just one but two other prior attorneys and had been told each time that I didn't have a case. 1. The only other times I ever spoke with anyone in this office over the phone would have been a receptionist and an intake representative. 2. Every firm has a very specific and intrigue intake protocol or at least every firm should, red flag of this firm doesn't have a protocol to follow, usually a prospective client calls and talks to an intake specialist answers some questions and then either the perspective client is told by the intake person "yes come to our office and let's have an in person evaluation of your case or no we cannot take your case" a person who calls a random firm does not get to talk to an attorney in the first try. Attorneys do not answer phone especially not those of a no client. 3. Giovanni here is saying I somehow bypassed all known protocols and called spoke with Denise Cabrera an attorney at their firm without going through and intake process and was told I didn't have a case and because I don't give up I guess I decided on a different occasion to call back and again bypassed their protocol and spoke with Valentine Bourguet another attorney boy am I lucky! or maybe their attorneys should be employed differently, and again was told sorry you don't have a case. But did I give up no, according to Giovanni I again called back and this time was helped by a receptionist and an intake representative was asked questions to set up my appointment and was told "pls come in person to our office we would love to see ya" Note nowhere in their system did my name pop up or my phone number as someone who had according to Giovanni been rejected twice in the past. This all of this is absolutely ridiculous a well managed firm takes meticulous notes and has at least a mediocre case system where everyone who takes a call and talks to anyone at all can refer back to said notes of that interaction. It's business management 101 no one wants to do double the work and in legal cases and law firms all of this has to be noted so that reports can be ran effectively for things as simple as knowing if their thousands of dollars and hours spent on marketing efforts are working out. Do you really think if I had been already rejected twice on the phone an in person appointment would have been made for me so I would have gone in and wasted their time! This doesn't even make sense please for everyone who is reading this be aware of this firm the way they conduct business is not as it should be! read more

My wife and I spoke with Geovanni extensively on the phone and he answered all of our questions. Yesterday he drove down from LA and met with us at the OC office. It was the first time in years anyone has taken the time to speak with us and it was such a relief. We have definitely received our money's worth so far. My mom finally got her green card!! I don't even know what else to say but THANK YOU. I know there was a time when we didn't know what was going to happen, but the office always kept us updated and assured us that everything was going smoothly. After 3 years my mom finally got her case approved. When we first came in they told us they had seen cases like ours and that they were certain they could help. My younger sister has cerebral palsy and I heard that because she depends on my mom she would qualify to apply for a work permit and then her residency. She got her work permit quickly but weren't sure if everybody would work out for the residency. Well it did! Thank you thank you. I would highly recommend this office.
