Very good automatic wash and then car goes outside to be finished. A bit disappointing that the setup for the interior was outside and the servicers were working off "carts". They were polite and told me there was coffee in the waiting room. I was the ONLY ONE in the waiting room, of course during OFF HOURS. The wash was good and the exterior looked excellent. After I drove away I first notice the interior windshield could have been better and then I noticed spots on the side view mirrors. I am being "picky" but a lot can be said for FIRST impressions....I will go back.

The Hilliard-Rome Road location does a good job and an ok job of drying. I wish there was a little more time on drying especially on cold days like today when you don't feel like pulling over to hand dry the rest of the way. I really appreciate the staff here. Any interactions I have had have been friendly, courteous, and always appreciate a smile. Two lines, the member lane and non-member that corral into one wash inference. It's a good layout and even when packed doesn't take too long. They keep you moving.

My schedule is extremely hectic so I did not know when I was going to have time to do get this done. I messaged a few detailing places and received a response from Selena. She was so pleasant. I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. If you are in need of detailing or a hand car wash, you should try them out. My van looks like a completely different van on the inside. They did an amazing job!

Amazing…read more Owned my SUV for 3.5 years and, while I used to regularly detail my cars inside and out, life has a way of eating up your time and energy, so this vehicle had never known the full treatment and it was showing it. DJ showed up on time (after an easy booking process) and busted his elbows for nearly 4 hours. It definitely shows. The car looks awesome, inside and out. I made an appointment with Curbside Mobile Detailing and received a quick email confirmation for the appointment time. DJ also called me prior to his arrival so I was able to let our nanny know to expect him--a simple courtesy that was greatly appreciated since I couldn't meet him at our house on a work day. DJ spent at least 4 hours on the car and my wife's 6 year old, much abused SUV looks almost like new! He also paid special attention to the paint (black metallic), which was looking pretty tired with lots of swirl marks and light scratches. Amazing job. You drive in after the door opens. Stay between the lines and stop when it tells you too. The system will sr pay your vehicle and rotate around you. After it is all done. You drive forward to have the air dryer blow the water off of your vehicle. It counts down but I was impatient and just slowly drove through. When you pull out, if you have never been here pay attention to the lift gate as you approach it, it will open and you make a very tight turn to leave you are greeted with pot holes that sadly on this day were full of water. The touchless side only works so well to be honest.
