The place is definitely designed for individuals wanting a more extensive car wash experience- and maybe my opinion would be different if that's what I elected to do. It's not efficient for those of us wanting a quick wash. Will not be returning, as I value my time more than the price. They also manual unfolded my automatic mirrors, which definitely made me jump, because they are not supposed to be manually handled like that.

I just find that it doesn't do a superior job cleaning but rather an ok one. Especially application of soap and the physical cleaning. Cheaper than the other competitors nearby but no drying option. Vacuums are not good either just from my experience but haven't tried in a longtime based from my experience. Summer time there are folks outside the back wanting to dry your car off for cash that is kind of sketchy too but is harmless. I still use this location now and again just have lowered my expectations on the detail level of the washing.

However, the service I received was far lower quality than I could have done myself. I called about a week ahead of time and made a reservation. They told me to bring it in between 8 and 9 AM instead of asking me when I could bring it. However, despite having an appointment, it took them 6 1/2 hours to have the car available to pick up. I'm also not sure why dropping the car off was necessary and the only option given when they HAVE a waiting area. Their location is not near anything so not having the option to wait there meant I either had to walk several miles or take Uber/Lyft to a place I could wait (which isn't easy with everything closed for COVID). A few minutes after dropping it off, they called me to tell me that because one of the floor mats was muddy, it would be an extra $35. I mean, yes, the car is dirty. That's why I brought it to you. It was nearing time for them to close and I began to wonder if they would have it done that day. Finally, at almost 4 PM, they said it was ready and that I HAD to pick it up by 5 (even though they close at 6?). This was an issue because without a car I had to haul ass back there on foot. When I picked it up, I was told that there would be another additional charge for using a card. One of the workers put my floor mats in the hatch and I was ready to go. I did notice that it didn't look like they'd swept the floor mats but it was a minor detail so I let it go. They also told me they didn't clean the glove box because there was "stuff in it". Upon starting the car the airbag light was on which it wasn't before. I started noticing obvious spots of dirt that shouldn't have been possible to miss. Every surface looked like it had been wiped with a wet rag and the water allowed to dry creating streaks and water spots everywhere. Every inch of all the windows was spotted like this. Then I found brown water and hair in the emergency brake boot. The more I looked at the car, the more I saw they missed things that were so obvious. There was even a clump of mud the size of a shoe showing through the grill. The lack of detail and the apparent lack of care was disappointing enough but the seat belt light was the major concern. After some Googling, it turns out it's fairly common for the seatbelt system to be damaged by detailers and it is not a cheap fix. I emailed them that night letting them know and asking if it was something they could fix or if they would reimburse me for what the dealership would charge to fix it. After two days I had received no response from them. When I picked up the car, the upholstery was noticeably wet. My pants were soaked and the passenger seat was wet to the touch. Even after two days, the seats are still wet in the crevices. They either used WAY too much water or they waited until the absolute last second to detail my car. If that's the case, what was the point of making the appointment? The final straw was the floor mats. After letting them dry in the hatch as instructed, I went to put them back in. They had removed the mud from one of them but the bottoms of the rear ones were caked in mud on the bottom. I thought it must have run off while they were washing them and then dried like that. I spent more money, going to a regular car wash and sprayed them off myself. They dirt came off easily as well as a CASCADE of mud from both of them. They hadn't even cleaned them. At all. And charged me $35 to not do them. Overall, while they did make the car better than it was, they did a very poor job and didn't do some of it at all. They also like to raise the price but not tell you until you go to pick it up. There's really no excuse for not responding to someone's concerns about your service. They've lost my trust.

The bad: This place could definitely use a face lift - although as another reviewer noted it is kept relatively clean and free of trash. But they really need to list a description of what you get for each level of wash in the automated section which offers washes at $8, $10, $12, and $14 (I think). Because I couldn't find any description I went with the $10 version. I've done lots of these automated brushless carwashes out in the burbs, but this one does not live up to its country cousins. It looks like an early (and I'm thinking outdated) version of this type of auto wash, but that said, it did the wet down, soap, then rinse cycles just fine. The ugly: As mentioned, it did the cycle listed above, but then OMITTED the forced air DRY, which really pissed me off. Thankfully I had brought a couple of rags with me to wipe down the car afterwards. Of course they were both sopping in no time. Perhaps you need to choose a more expensive version of the wash in order to get the dryer to work? Don't know, but would be interested to hear. The dryer worked for the car that followed me, although I noted that as it departed it was still dripping. The also ugly: no free vacuum, unlike its country cousins . And you apparently will need six quarters to get one to work. They looked old and beat up so I took a pass. Bottom line, if you are in the area and in need of a brushless carwash, this one will do but be sure you have some clean dry cloths on hand (or maybe try the $14 wash!)

You drive in after the door opens. Stay between the lines and stop when it tells you too. The system will sr pay your vehicle and rotate around you. After it is all done. You drive forward to have the air dryer blow the water off of your vehicle. It counts down but I was impatient and just slowly drove through. When you pull out, if you have never been here pay attention to the lift gate as you approach it, it will open and you make a very tight turn to leave you are greeted with pot holes that sadly on this day were full of water. Came here wanting just a clean car. Friendly staff. They're having a startup special: $10/month for three months for unlimited top-tier washes. If you do it once a month it more than makes up for the cost. Looks like it's expensive after that, but hey, I'll take advantage of it for the summer. Not touchless like the one I went to earlier, but I think brushes or in this case cloth strips do a better job anyway. And they got it clean. Pretty fast trip through the machine. Lots of lights and motion. There are vacuums along the side. Easy access off the main street. I'll be back.
