When you pull out, if you have never been here pay attention to the lift gate as you approach it, it will open and you make a very tight turn to leave you are greeted with pot holes that sadly on this day were full of water. Very good automatic wash and then car goes outside to be finished. A bit disappointing that the setup for the interior was outside and the servicers were working off "carts". They were polite and told me there was coffee in the waiting room. I was the ONLY ONE in the waiting room, of course during OFF HOURS. The wash was good and the exterior looked excellent. After I drove away I first notice the interior windshield could have been better and then I noticed spots on the side view mirrors. I am being "picky" but a lot can be said for FIRST impressions....I will go back.

Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.

I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back.
