Then, coughed on me several times during the procedure. Apparently his doctor called to cancel his afternoon appointment(which I didn't need to know). He spent half of the appointment dealing with that, stopping several times to answer the phone. Did he wash his hands or change his gloves after? Not that I could see. I couldn't say anything because there were too many things holding my mouth open. The girl assisting seemed like she was about to cry the entire time. He kept getting on her about not knowing what to do. She seemed brand new. This truly was the most unprofessional display. Absolutely will not be returning.

Initially I thought I was going to need three teeth pulled but Dr. Robinson recommended only two and explain to me the reason why he was going to recommend two instead of whole three. I also explained my need for deep cleaning and he took the time to measure the gums when I didn't have an appointment for that so that I could get my deep cleaning to coincide with my teeth that needed to be pulled since I need to be sedated because I'm a big baby They were pretty quick to get me scheduled in within two weeks. And well, they don't accept my insurance or they are considered out of network with my insurance. They will go ahead and file all of the paperwork for me. The office staff was extremely friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the doctor also called my dentist while I was waiting on the price quote to make sure that my dentist and him were on the same page. Not excited to have my teeth pulled or the deep cleaning, but I'm very happy that I was referred to this place. I love the type of sedation they give you because it's not IV. I just hope it's going to be enough lol follow up with another review after my procedures

Find an office that cares about patient care and respect of the patients time. Dr David would be So unhappy with how his legacy has changed. I should have put the pieces together when all of his staff left shortly after is unexpected passing. I have a 5 year contract for maintenance that I have paid for and this office is supposed to honor that. Since the dentist is still here. They have stated they are doing it as a courtesy. Marion spoke to me on 11/11/25 and notated that Dr Stroud is not to be in my room and today because I am standing ground I can no longer be seen here. To top it off Marion is stating she never spoke to me on 11/11/25, but my notes say I did as I have her name written down for reference.
