Her booking system is easy but I find it best to reschedule ahead to get my desired appointment she books out. If you are new to waxing or a seasoned waxed looking for a fabulous wax Katie is your girl. I appreciate her making a service that can be scary and painful as painless as possible. I am new to the world of waxing but thanks to Alicia I'm now a huge fan. My first experience was with a chain place in PH and it was terribly painful and not warm or comfortable at all. I decided to give Alicia a try, thinking maybe I just wasn't the waxing type, but she changed my thinking! Her place is very homey and private, she makes you feel comfortable no matter what you're having done or how awkward you'd think it would be, and she's very good at her work. My 13 year old daughter begged me for an eyebrow wax and Alicia was the only one I'd ever trust to do that-she did not disappoint! Haha im a scardy cat especially when it comes to waxing but she took very good care of me and she knows what shes doing. I've been getting Brazilian waxes for over a decade now but had never tried sugar waxing until Sugar & Smooth. I find that with sugar waxing my skin is smoother, hair grows back a lot slower, and I get less ingrown hairs as opposed to hard / soft wax. Adriana is not only professional with her work but she's quick as well. She makes sugar waxing painless, fast and overall a great experience (and YES, she makes sure to get every.single.hair!!!!)
